thanks for stopping by!

I have a passion for engaging in complex problems and delivering human-centered solutions. With a breadth of experience in the fields of UX research, service design, accessible and inclusive design, curatorial work, and branding, I always strive to enrich my work through listening and connecting with people.

In my work, I’ve conducted participatory design research to improve quality of life in long-term care homes, provided guidance as an accessibility and inclusive design specialist within the Service Design and Modernization Team at Transport Canada, and consulted with artists and curators to develop branding and design for exhibitions at the Ottawa Art Gallery.

When I’m not at work, you can find me sketching at local cafes, baking a new dessert, or chasing pigeons by the canal.

core values

While I work across various disciplines, I remain grounded in key values:

Embracing the human side of things

I advocate for human-centered research and translate data into actionable insights that guide smarter, more impactful design. My work bridges people and product, ensuring designs are informed by empathy at every step.

Trusting the process

Good design relies on the messy middle: divergent thinking, rapid pivots, and collaborative discovery. Embracing that non-linear process is essential to creating thoughtful, human-centered solutions.

Creating delight

Beyond functional design, I seek out opportunities to add subtle touches that bring clarity, joy, and meaning to an experience.
